My Power
Strength, energy and vitality are inspiring to discover, understand and experience. We probably all know people who are full of life. Much of our strength and vitality develops and is nurtured between people and through people, in communities, collaborations and relationships. Much of it comes from within, inspired by values, experiences, reflection, mindset and passions. And much of it takes shape in the world through creative actions, ambitious goals, sustainable change, meaningful communities, tireless movements and remarkable discoveries. One person’s actions can make a decisive difference to many people’s lives. That is inspiring. It also calls for responsibility in what each of us chooses to contribute to the world, the planet, our communities, our workplaces and our families, and in how we treat ourselves. Personally, I am most inspired by people who are generous with their knowledge, skills, time, love, interests and curiosity. I believe that choice and that attitude make the world a better place to live, learn and create. They give others room to grow, connect with their own vitality and find their own authentic expression and contribution.
