My Power
As a child, I felt a strong connection to nature: the silence, the animals and the wild, instinctive life. I dreamed of becoming a cowboy. Nature still calls - as something real and original. Just like relationships when they are naked and honest. Freedom is a core value for me. The freedom to choose, listen to ourselves - and let go when something no longer serves us. For me, freedom is about living in accordance with what is true for ourselves. It is a guiding star in my own life and in my work with people. When we dare to let go of old patterns and expectations, space is created - both for ourselves and for each other. I have always worked with people. From leadership in a large organization to therapy and coaching - from children in difficult life situations to adults and couples seeking balance between themselves and each other. Today I run my own practice, where I help leaders and people in relationships discover what creates the best life. I am a mother, grandmother, wife, daughter, sister and friend. It reminds me every day how precious our relationships are. I practice every day to master relationships where love, understanding and freedom can exist side by side. I believe that all change starts with self-acceptance before we can meet others with understanding. We must teach ourselves and our children that freedom, responsibility, respect, curiosity, love and community are good ingredients in a meaningful life. Today I feel rich. Not in things - but in the most important thing: To belong and have value - for others and for myself.
