My Power
For more than 40 years, I have dedicated my life to helping people practice Personal Leadership – the art of leading themselves and others by building on strengths and what works. My journey began as a scout leader in the Danish Scout Corps, where I learned the value of community and personal development. For the past 20 years, I have continued these principles as an NLP Master Trainer, coach, author and leader of Acuity World. At Acuity World, we fundamentally work to free people to be themselves and become empowered so that they can act sustainably. It's about creating real value for yourself and the system you are a part of, in the long run. I believe that we can live in a world and a society that is less driven by fear and negative manipulation, and more created based on the world we want to live in. I work to create a "Burning Desire" instead of a "Burning Platform". This wish applies to our world, our country, our city, your family and the company you are a part of. My experience has shown me that when you achieve personal Power and live fearlessly as the best version of yourself, you can make the right and optimal decisions for yourself and others. It is this inner strength and Power that makes it possible to contribute positively to the community. I have therefore chosen to help people practice Personal Leadership in a way that enables them to be themselves, even in difficult situations. I believe that only the strong are free – and only when we are free can we truly create positive change.
