My Power
Imagine you are standing in front of a recruiting manager at a reputable Big4 company. You are asked, "Where do you see yourself further into the future?" Your answer? "…on the moon, preferably after a few trips as a space tourist!" This is not just a dreamy vision; it is a living example of a 'Power Woman's ambition.
I love being bored. It may sound paradoxical, but in this boredom lies the seed of genius. From moments of silence and trivial everyday life, new, innovative and often risk-taking ideas sprout. These moments are the basis for my constant pursuit of development, because no matter how high I reach, I must never stagnate.
This superpower has also taught me to appreciate the gray, rainy days. Days when life seems monotonous and the 'hamster wheel' turns continuously. This is where the magic happens, because in full awareness of this trivial state I have the power to choose. By activating 'boredom mode' I can transform the ordinary into something extraordinary.
My journey has been a constant battle against conformity. I have said goodbye to restrictive jobs that didn't match my values; embraced color where others preferred black and gray; and integrated my passions for dance, fitness, yoga, people, IT, cybersecurity, and leadership into one unified identity.
Like a phoenix, but in the form of a scorpion, I have undergone countless transformations, both personally and professionally. It has been hard and brutal. I have given up many times, but today I am proud of who I was, who I am and who I am becoming. I seek out boredom because it is the key to my growth and renewal.
