My Power
I celebrate diversity but above all inclusion, it is only when we, based on the individual person, can exploit differences in personality, values, attitudes and the individual's Power, that the real magic can happen - there is nothing that is basically right or wrong, nor good or bad - I work to unleash people's potential, so that they can become the best version of themselves and bring out the best in those around them. Self-insight is the starting point for being able to accommodate other people's attitudes and actions - that's Power for me! Every time we meet someone we find repulsive because of their personality, it is only because they touch something in ourselves that is uncomfortable, which is why it is a unique opportunity to learn about ourselves – “it is difficult to open the drawer when you are inside it, which is why we need someone to help open it so that we can see what the world really looks like.” I try to live in the present and do the things I want to do. For many years, I lived my life based on what I thought others expected of me – I have become very conscious of finding the right balance between being there for those I care about and what I want in my life.
