My Power
Running a beach hotel is about more than business; it is a passion for creating experiences where guests feel at home. My journey has been marked by challenges, learning and a constant curiosity to develop myself. As a female leader, I see it as a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the business world. I have had many roles that have given me a broad experience and understanding of both strategy and operations. My strength lies in the ability to combine ambition with empathy. Success is not about having all the answers, but about being curious, trusting your team and brave enough to fail and learn from it. My message to other women is clear: Have the courage to take your place, believe in your worth, and don't be afraid to take the plunge. Challenges shape us and make us stronger. It is important to fail, as mistakes provide invaluable learning. Remember to shine – both by highlighting your own achievements and by lifting others up. A strong leader creates an environment where everyone can perform their best and feel valued. For me, strength is not about being loud, but lies in perseverance and the ability to keep going, even when it's difficult.
