Are you an OPERA SINGER, what do you do during the day? Is a question I often get. I am a trained opera singer with a Diploma in Performance, and debuted as an Opera Soloist in 1996. I would compare singing opera to elite sports, such as figure skating. It should sound and look easy - behind it are many years of training, technique and experience. Singing classically is an enormous energy discharge that requires control over the vocal apparatus, breathing, body, courage, musicality, drama and language. In addition, 100% cooperation with the rest of the team, because here there is no room for wavering, the focus must be on performing the music synchronously. By a coincidence, I became interested in helping others strengthen their impact, based on the methods that I have from my professional background. That's why I started my company Voxlab in 2000, and became a `first mover` in the field of Personal performance and presentation training. With my 5+ years of conservatory education, as well as years of experience as a performing artist, I share my repertoire of tools that help my participants reach their audience. Making a difference, and giving others tools to strengthen their impact, voice, body language and being able to speak up in any given situation, is fantastic. When I was young, I wanted to be a Marine Biologist, Zoologist, Archaeologist, Landscape Architect and Ballet Dancer. I didn't become one. But on the other hand, the interests are still there. You will find me in nature, culture, history and dance.
