My Power
I have been a manager for almost my entire working life. The task of management has not become less complex over time, as the world we live in is developing at lightning speed, and it is easier than ever before to be hit by unpredictability. However, I believe that if we stand together in families, in the workplace and in society in general, we can both resist and also solve a number of our common challenges. This requires that we maintain optimism and take a shared social responsibility both for each other and for the planet. Everyone must contribute and as a manager, it is my finest task to maintain hope and have confidence that all my employees, each and every day, do the best they can. When I believe in them, or in my children for that matter, they get much more strength to cope with everyday life, and we solve far more tasks and challenges together. There are people in our society who cannot cope on their own, and there is also a planet that cannot tolerate what we put it through. We must help those people and that earth together. I believe in that, and I will fight for that.
